H.I.S., or Hugo International Series, is a line of seconds made by Gardesana, largely for export. The pipes are stamped H.I.S. and Italy. At some point it would appear the pipes were imported by Mastercraft, in that they appear in brochures for Dr. Grabow in the early 1970's.
