Purely speculation, but perhaps this pipe was made for the Henry Birks & Sons firm as a gift for executives or clients.
- The following example is courtesy Doug Valitchka
"London Made" stamp is reminiciant of early Comoy's
Old Birks Building in Montreal... Could possibly be affiliated, but this is only speculation.
