From Pipes, Artisans and Trademarks, by Jose Manuel Lopés'
old French brand of the artisan Andre Bourgeois (1911 - 1983), with sintallations at the Rue du Plan du Moulin 16, in Saint Cladue. His complete name is Andre Gustave Leon Bourgeois-Phillppet, and he calls himself le roi de la pipe, advertising his pieces as les pipes de roi. The factory machines are powered by the water mill, which was also where the company was based.
