Camelia is thought to be a GBD second, and was one of many brands owned by the Oppenheimer Pipe group, as evidenced in the following catalog page from a Circa 1950s Oppenheimer Pipes Catalog.

Jeana Chretina's workshop had always been on Poyat street in St. Claude. Today that is just a block of flats--all that remains is a sign on the former workshop building with the name of Chretina's father.
