Le 19 septembre 1921, Alfred déposa un brevet aux Etats Unis pour des cartouches de tabac à pipe pré-formées, brevet numéro [https://pipedia.org/images/d/d9/US1490808.pdf 1490808]. Le brevet anglais avait été accordé en 1920, brevet n° 172198/20. Malheureusement, je n'ai pas pu retrouver le brevet original pour savoir –exactement- ce qui fut déposé et breveté. Cette invention montre un dispositif pour bourrer ou remplir une pipe facilement pour la fumer. Le brevet fut déposé le 15 avril 1924 aux Etats-Unis. | |||
