The brand Harcourt was produced by Preben Holm (†) for Dunhill to secure a share of the Danish fancy boom for Dunhill's principal pipe dealers.

Later Erik Nørding made Harcourt pipes for a shorter period. These pipe are sometimes (partially) rusticated.

I believe Harcourt was at one time exclusively sold through Dunhill stores, and were the manufacturers of the Danish-style Dunhill straight-grains that were manufactured in the 1970’s and early 1980’s to keep with the current market trends.
