Horst Fuchs is a German artisan born in 1959, who learned the art from Norbert Gerharz. He makes 100 to 150 pipes a year, mostly to use with 9mm filters. They are mainly freehands. He also makes pipes in olive wood. He uses ebonite stems.[1]
