Pavel Háp (1954-2011) was a Czech pipemaker from the little town of Proseč u Skutče ( pipemaking has a long tradition in the Proseč region and the pipe factory BPK is also located here). He worked for 25 years in the BPK factory with chief Jan Buben who taught him.

In 1999 he left the factory and founded a little workshop in his house. There he made pipes in a variety of classical shapes, as well as his original shapes. In his catalog there are over 100 pipes and many accessories which he maked.

For pipemaking he used plateaux briar from Italy.

Pavel Háp died in his workshop suddenly on March the 5th, 2011.
