Kingsway is apparently a brand name used be at least two manufacturers. They are a well documented Comoy's second. The following is one example, in what appears to be a different shape (#84) than we have seen previously:

In addition to being a Comoy's second, or sub-brand, Kingsway is also a Stanwell brand or sub-brand. And there maybe other makers.

The following example has crowned K for a stem logo.

And here we have an example that actually shows a faint Stanwell stamp on one side, and Selected Briar on the other. The stamps were sanded down and it was restained and stamped Kingsway. But you can still see the Stanwell markings if you look closely. This is proof that Stanwell at least made some of them.
