The Knickerbocker Pipe Co. was homed in Brooklyn, New York.

Knickerbocker can be named for a metal system pipe called Kool-Smok - See example!

Kool Smoke Circa 1955. A pipe based off the Viking and Falcon designs. It is an aluminum pipe with a briar screw in bowl. The kool smoke has a nut at the base of the bowl that can be adjusted to increase or decrease airflow. The cooling fins on the stem are cut at an angle and from the side give the impression of a corkscrew.
