From Pipes, Artisans and Trademarks, by José Manuel Lopes
McCranie's Pipe and Tobacco shop in Charlotte, NC, was founded in 1979 by Tom McCanie and today is run by his sons, Todd and Trent McCranie.
They had pipes made for them by Bill Ashton marked MADE IN ENGLAND, and by Tonny Jacono with the sand-blasting done by Bill Ashton as well.
