NU-OLD is apparently a part of CIVIC Pipes out of London, England. Some pipes were marked with both the CIVIC name and NU-OLD, thought I recently purchased a fine looking pipe just called NU-OLD (over) LONDON MADE; MADE IN ENGLAND with model 016. The one marked both "CIVIC" and NU-OLD bore shape 350. They are known to be available from Wally Frank stores in the 1960’s, and this is pre-Cadogan purchase of CIVIC.
