Lighters

Jet lighters are okay if used briefly, otherwise they could overheat your briar pipe or give the tobacco a foul taste. Regular butane lighters are more easily controlled and cooler burning, but often have a foul taste. The best option to light your pipe is wooden kitchen matches.
