Amarcord is a sub-brand - not a second! - of Il Ceppo. Introduced as "the new Italian pipe entirely hand-made by an artisan from the Pesaro school" Amarcord was launched in 2007.

As recently heard, Franco Rossi has a young pipemaker (name?) as a partner in his workshop for some time past. So, probably the Amarcord pipes are rather made by Rossi's partner.
