Bertram (Washington DC): From what I have read, this place existed from some time before World War II until the early 1970s, but never really recovered from the riots following the assassination of Martin Luther King Jr. Their pipes seem have been graded by a numbering system, i.e. 10, 20, 30, 40, and 50, with the higher numbers being more desirable.
