It is written in English with a limited run of 500 copies printed in Sweden. The author will debut the book at the Chicago pipe show this May at a price of $39 USD. After the show, the book will be distributed in the U.S. by Ben Rapaport at a slightly higher price plus postage (due to the ever-fluctuating dollar/Euro exchange rate).
