Hermann Hennen was born in Kirchhundem in 1946 and lives in the beautiful Sauerland region. Hermann Hennen is a trained wood turner and has worked as a designer in product development, initially in the furniture and most recently in the advertising industry. Hermann has been in early retirement since 2007 and has been an avid pipe smoker since he was young. At that time, together with his brother, the "first" pipes were made in the parental turnery. More than a hobby alongside his professional life. Hermann Hennen has only been dealing intensively with the subject of pipe making since 2006.[1]
