Roland
Roland has been used by several different firms. The following Roland example was likely made by Fukashiro Tsutomu, who reportedly made some of his less expensive pipes under this brand. It is also marked KIKUSUI, GINZA TOKYO. Smokingpipes.com indicates that Kikusui is, evidently, one of the older, and better-known tobacconists in Tokyo, and like many of their Western counterparts they have pipes made for them as a "store brand."
