I would not recommend Precision Pipe Repair.  He is unresponsive and has had my pipe in excess of 6 months.

In Montreal I would also recommend Blatter& Blatter - they have a terrible website but have been in business since 1907, make their own tobacco blends & pipes, and are the only pipe-oriented tobacconist in Montreal.
