Gunnar Weber-Prada of TotemStar is an artisan born and living in Los Angeles. He started with making tampers, acrylic pipe racks (The Pipe Monolith) and created pipe T-shirts. His very first pipe, a large pickaxe freehand, shown at the Los Angeles pipe show in 2006 received positive critics that encouraged him to continue in the caft.
