Xin Li (b. 1980) is a Chinese artisan pipe-maker currently working under the name Xin Pipes. He is a graduate of China's Central Academy of Fine Arts (Chinese: 中央美术学院) as well as Germany's University of Münster (German: ''Universität Münster''),where he pursued studies in industrial design and art history respectively. Xin began his pipe-making career in 2015 as an apprentice to fellow Chinese artisan [[Yang Zhimin]], where he made pipes for Yang's [[Zhiputang]] workshop.
