Old Portuguese brand of the late José Bandeira Cardador. Low quality, but interesting pipes, particularly those with sculpted Estado Novo figures on the bowl. The Estado Novo or "New State" was the former dictatorial regime of Salazar. Stamp "CARDADOR" + "Lisboa/Badneira".
