Golden Bull Tobacconist was founded in 1969 in Old Town San Diego.  It was a very small tobacconist, the owner, Geoffrey did some pipe work in his garage. They stamped and hand carved pipes with “Golden Bull”. Golden Bull Tobacconist later became [[Racine & Laramie]] when Geoffrey rebuilt the historic firm in the late 1960s. He changed the Golden Bull name to Racine & Laramie in 1974
