(William Henry) W.H. Newman Ltd. was located on 106 New Street, Birmingham.
The Newman cigarette holder bellow says on the inner foil: "Newman's English Made", inside of the box with original foil label "W. H. Newman Pipe makers" "London, Birmingham, Liverpool, Manchester".
