Peer Import

Peer (with no mention of "Import") has an entry in Who Made That Pipe (1997, by Herb Wilczak & Tom Colwell) as follows:

• 5172 Peer, Comoy's and A. Dunhill, and England as the country.

Perhaps Peer Import was imported by a Danish maker by one of the above companies, but that is pure speculation.
