Phil Rivara makes pipes out of his workshop in Sacramento, CA . He is a former USN, and when he was in the reserves in 1989, he discovered pipe smoking. He makes unique classic shaped pipes that are longer, and a little more sleek than usual. He also makes walking sticks.
