From Pipes, Artisans and Trademarks, by José Manuel Lopes

Sina & Cie was a late 19th century factory. In 1906 the merger with C.J. Verguet Freres produced a large factory owned by the Oppenheimer Pipe Group, run by Lucien Verguet. Brands included Old Brian, Sina, Sporta, Veni, Vidi, and Vici.
