Van Roy Ajustomatic Magic Cake

I have a Van Roy Ajustomatic Magic Cake pipe, which I bought unsmoked. It did have a Fleur de Lis logo, which was painted (Not engraved). In my 2017 picture I can see the logo. It is no longer there in the 2021 picture. Before changing the information, I wanted to discuss with other editors of the page Cshubhra (talk) 15:53, 30 January 2021 (CST)

My previous work on the page is largely to add material from others. I don't have any direct experience with the brand. The article mentions states the following:

In 1949 the pipes began to carry a patented stamp, with the 2461905 patent number representing the 1949 patenting of the ajustomatic feature, as well as a stamp stating "Magic Cake", but no fleur de lis was on the stems. After 1953, pipes have been seen with a fleur de lis again on the stem, but an open design, not a filled one.

I may just be misunderstanding this, but I'm not seeing a conflict with your pipe and its disappearing Fleur de Lis logo, and the article account. Regardless, I think it would be great to document your experience along with the two photos you mention, and any clarification that may be helpful to enthusiasts. Thanks! --sethile (talk) 16:17, 30 January 2021 (CST)
