My pipe making began back in 2006. Like many other carvers I received my first pipe kit from Tim West. After carving 3 pipe kits I realized that I truly had passion for pipe making. Over the years I have had help from Tim West and would not be where I am at today in pipe making without him. I have always experimented with many different materials and started making stems from rods as well. All of my pipes are made one at a time with close attention to detail. I mostly do sandblasting at the present, time although some pipes are smooth depending on the grain. It has been a wonderful journey. Since 2006 I've meet great people in the pipe world and I am grateful to be able to continue making pipes. I mostly use German ebonite rods and some bakelite. My stamping includes my initials and the year the pipe was crafted.
