1967: Hardcastle fusionne avec Parker et devient Parker-Hardcastle Ltd; achat d’ Alfred Dunhill of London Inc., New York par Dunhill International Inc. Carreras Ltd (à présent Rothmans International) rachète à l'entreprise et aux membres de la famille 50% du capital de Dunhill et trois de ses directeurs rejoignent le Conseil d'Administration.
