Thanks for trying to help. It messed up the index of pipe makers though. I've put the index back were it was and I'll try to add the little stub articles you made in the appropriate areas or you can.

To explain, America is an entire continent. The United States is a country in America, so the companies you added should be listed in the United States listings, which are organized alphabetically in sub-groups. Some of the companies already have articles in those indexes or a listing that could be used to launch an article. Take a little closer look and feel free to add to the existing articles and/or make new listings in the indexes as needed to include your information.
