According to Pipehil, "Crown of England" may be a brand of H. Perkins & Sons Ltd. which produced a line with the same name. He also has a pipe under that listing with the same 5 Crowns logo on the shank as this one has.
The following example has Five crown logos on the shank, as well as one on the stem, but no other indication of the name.
