From the seller:
Hard to find much information about Palm pipes, but apparently they were made for a German tobacco company of the same name. This makes sense, as the stem is cut for a 9mm filter, quite popular in Germany and parts thereabouts. Pipe is marked "Palm" on left, "214, Select Quality" on the right.
