It is written in English with a limited run of 500 copies printed in Sweden. The author debuted the book at the Chicago pipe show in May 2008 at a price of $39 USD. The is now distributed in the U.S. by Ben Rapaport at a slightly higher price plus postage (due to the ever-fluctuating dollar/Euro exchange rate).
