For the record, this is now the article location for an internal link: [[Good-Bye Cigarettes, Hello Pipe]] , and this is for an external link: http://pipedia.org/wiki/Good-Bye_Cigarettes,_Hello_Pipe , but even the old way should work now because of the redirect.
