In 1938, the Dunhill licensed the production of tobacco for a major company, the "German Tobacco Company Von Eicken ", in a negotiation that continued slowly since 1926. | |||
The curious fact is that this concession occurred during the Nazi regime and the production was until mid-1943 when the factory was bombed by the Allied forces in Hamburg.
