Thirty or 40 game animals stare glassily from their mounts into the center of the room: Black bear, grizzly bear, antelope, elk, moose, deer, impala, wildebeest, gnu, wild boar, caribou &mdash; even a huge tiger shark. Nørding is the Ernest Hemingway of pipe makers, an inveterate sportsman.
